This three-storey, 5-bedroom mid-terrace Victorian townhouse had recently fallen vacant and the vendor was looking to sell off market. We purchased the property during 2017 and instigated an extensive renovation project throughout whilst also preserving the spectacular period features. The property was eventually sold in July 2018 for £800,000.
