We have completed an extensive range of projects across Edinburgh. Part of our strategy has been to invest in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats in sought after locations and improving the rental yield through refurbishment programs.
In addition, we have used our market knowledge and connections to acquire portfolios of properties which are often partially vacant and require refurbishment.
• Case Study: 4 Sciennes Road, Edinburgh
This three-storey, 5-bedroom mid-terrace Victorian townhouse had recently fallen vacant and the vendor was looking to sell off market. We purchased the property during 2017 and instigated an extensive renovation project throughout whilst also preserving the spectacular period features. The property was eventually sold in July 2018 for £800,000.
